I guide live yoga, Pilates, and breathwork classes with a calm, accessible approach. My sessions are designed to help you build strength, release tension, and feel more grounded in your body.

I created my teaching practice around one simple idea: movement should feel supportive, not intimidating. In my classes, I focus on clear guidance, mindful transitions, and small details that help each student feel more confident. My live sessions combine gentle strength, mobility, breath awareness, and grounding practices. Depending on the class, we may work on posture, core stability, flexibility, nervous system regulation, or simply creating a moment to slow down. I like to keep the atmosphere warm, human, and simple. You do not need to be flexible or experienced to join. The goal
