Your first live class should feel simple.

You choose a class, book your spot, and join online at the scheduled time. A real teacher guides the session live, in a small group, which makes it feel closer to a studio than watching a video alone.

First, choose the right live class for you

Choose Mat Pilates if you want a grounded first class with clear and precise movement.

Choose Vinyasa Yoga if you want a flowing first yoga class that links breath and movement.

Choose Rocket Yoga if you want something more intense and you already move regularly.

If you are not sure, Mat Pilates or Vinyasa are usually the easiest starting points. You can also compare Pilates and yoga before booking if you are still deciding.

How to join a live online class

After booking, you will receive the session details. Join a few minutes early if you can, so you do not arrive rushed. You do not need a perfect room. You need enough space to move safely, a stable connection, and somewhere you can hear the teacher.

Do you need to keep the camera on?

Generally, the goal is comfort and confidence. Some students prefer to keep the camera on so the teacher can guide them. Others prefer more privacy. What matters is feeling comfortable enough to practice.

What to prepare before class

A mat is useful for Pilates and yoga. Comfortable clothes are enough. A blanket, cushion, or towel can help for support. For Vinyasa or Rocket, blocks can be useful but are not always needed.

What happens during class

The teacher opens the session, guides the practice, and offers options if needed. You can rest. You can take a simpler version. You do not need to perform. The class is live, which means the pace can feel more human than a recording.

After class

Give yourself a moment before moving on. Notice how your body feels. That small pause helps the practice settle. Then decide what you want next.
